He is RBAC’s Mexico specialist for supply and demand analysis, with work supporting GPCM®, quarterly base cases, Mexico regional forecasts, data releases, dashboards, and internal analytical databases.
At RBAC, Oscar focuses on the technical data foundation behind Mexico supply, demand, power-sector demand, industrial-sector demand, and pipeline infrastructure analysis. He develops automated data collection workflows, improves source-data quality, expands Mexico datasets, and helps maintain reliable inputs used for model calibration and market analysis. His work supports faster, more consistent, and more transparent analysis of North Americas evolving energy market.
Before joining RBAC, Oscar worked as an Analyst at ETC Capital Advisors, where he developed a regression model to forecast natural gas usage across U.S. regions and industries using weather data in support of real-time trading strategies. His background combines energy analytics, predictive modeling, automation, and data validation, with a focus on building dependable systems that strengthen market insight and decision-making.
