Part of a successful event requires ensuring a safe environment for our speakers, attendees and staff.

In this regard, RBAC is working with the Hyatt Regency of Austin to provide a pleasant and healthy, clean environment so we all can focus on a successful, rewarding conference.

To this end, the following precautions are some of the actions being taken by the venue:

• Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces and areas.
• Hand sanitizing stations placed in prominent areas throughout the hotel.
• Masks available upon request from the hotel.
• A trained Hygiene Manager on-site to ensure the daily implementation of operational guidance and protocols.
