Senior Analyst

Scott McKenna is a Senior Analyst at RBAC. Mr. McKenna has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry. He brings a unique diversity and depth to RBAC’s analytical team, having experience in trading and analytics that traverses the major energy commodities – Natural Gas, Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs), Crude Oil and Refined Product. 

Robert Kachmar

Senior Natural Gas Analyst

Robert Kachmar is a Senior Natural Gas Analyst at RBAC with over 10 years of industry experience. He began in Natural Gas Supply and Rates, forecasting supply projections and asset allocation, before advancing into transportation, optimization, and trading roles. At RBAC, he leads quarterly release efforts, applying his expertise in supply-demand fundamentals and infrastructure to shape North American supply assumptions and demand forecasts.

Edward O’Toole

Director of Global Analysis

Edward O’Toole is the Director of Global Analysis at RBAC with over 19 years of experience in the energy industry. Mr. O’ Toole has participated in a wide range of LNG and natural gas client driven project work, providing advisory services to government agencies, utilities in the U.S. and Canada, and large international energy companies. 

 

David Brooks

Natural Gas Analyst

David Brooks is a Natural Gas Analyst at RBAC with over 10 years of industry experience. He began as a Database Manager, collecting and qualifying North American natural gas and LNG data for RBAC’s quarterly GPCM base cases and outlooks. Now as an analyst, he leverages his deep knowledge of GPCM software and databases to support clients and contribute to custom natural gas market scenario analyses.

Grace Wheaton

Data Analyst

Grace Wheaton is a Data Analyst at RBAC. Prior to RBAC, Ms. Wheaton was most recently an Economist at the U.S. Energy Administration, serving on the agency’s Natural Gas Markets team. Her work there included leveraging economic analysis, collaborating with and organizing teams to create data-informed results, and communicating key ideas through writing, oral presentations, and data visualizations.
