With more than 25 years of international experience spanning Australia, South Korea, Japan, and the United States, he brings a global perspective to advancing RBAC’s mission of supporting better energy decisions through cutting-edge market simulation tools. 

An experienced spokesperson, media expert, and educator, Cyrus leads RBAC’s outreach initiatives across digital, social, broadcast, and event platforms. His work focuses on expanding awareness of RBAC’s industry-leading solutions like GPCM® Market Simulator for North American Gas and LNG and G2M2® Market Simulator for Global Gas and LNG. Through targeted campaigns, public education, and relationship-building with key stakeholders, he promotes the critical role of advanced energy modeling in enabling affordable, reliable, and cleaner energy access worldwide. 

Cyrus is a frequent contributor to energy market discussions on social media and a recurring guest on energy industry podcasts, where he communicates complex energy topics in a way that resonates with broad audiences. His writing, research, and public engagement efforts support RBAC’s mission to empower companies, analysts, and policymakers with actionable insights for a better energy future. 

Beyond his professional work, Cyrus has a long history of community service, including organizing grassroots initiatives to support drug education, promote better learning in schools and life through better study skills, and is a huge advocate for human rights through broader awareness campaigns. He brings this same commitment to helping people and improving society to his work at RBAC, advancing solutions that contribute to a better energy future for all. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Aerospace from the University of California, Irvine. His post-graduate work included further training in public relations, research, legal affairs and social reform and betterment.Â
