Grace Wheaton brings a fresh perspective to RBAC’s team of energy market specialists, combining her background in economics and experience at the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) with a passion for clear communication and insightful analysis.
At EIA, Grace worked on the Natural Gas Markets Team, developing a strong foundation in energy data interpretation, market dynamics, and policy impacts. Her previous work in state policy analysis has given her an understanding of the complex intersection between policy and data, an experience that now informs her analytical approach to the natural gas and LNG markets.
At RBAC, Grace supports the development and interpretation of model results from the GPCM® market simulator, contributing to reports, presentations, and client projects that explore the evolving role of natural gas in global energy systems. Her analytical skill, writing ability, and policy insight strengthen RBAC’s mission to advance clear, data-driven understanding of energy markets.
