Attendees will hear RBAC’s latest North American and global views, see how major market assumptions interact, and have an opportunity to discuss their own questions with RBAC analysts and other energy professionals.

  • Latest North American natural gas outlook: supply, demand, prices, basis, storage, pipeline flows and LNG exports.
  • Latest global gas and LNG outlook: liquefaction, regasification, trade flows, regional balances, storage and prices.
  • LNG growth and its effects on North American supply, infrastructure and regional markets.
  • Data-center and AI-driven electricity demand and the implications for gas-fired generation.
  • Pipeline expansions, bottlenecks and changing regional flow patterns.
  • Scenario analysis: how different assumptions for demand, supply, weather, infrastructure and LNG can change the results.
  • Direct discussion and Q&A with RBAC analysts.

What to Expect at This Event

A focused morning program designed for natural gas and LNG professionals, utilities, producers, pipelines, traders, consultants, investors and other market participants. The format will include concise market-outlook presentations, a scenario-focused third session, audience Q&A, and time before and after the program to meet with RBAC staff and other attendees.

What will LNG exports, power-sector growth, data centers and AI, new pipeline capacity and changing supply fundamentals mean for the North American gas market? This session will examine RBAC’s latest GPCM Base Case outlook for production, demand, prices and basis, regional flows, storage, pipeline utilization and LNG exports. It will also highlight the infrastructure developments and market constraints that could have the greatest effect on regional balances.

This session will delve into key aspects such as gas prices, gas balance, LNG regasification, pipeline interregional flow, demand versus consumption shortfalls, LNG production, and gas storage dynamics using RBAC’s G2M2 Market Simulator. It will also highlight the ability to change input data, add entities and infrastructure, and utilize a rigorous optimization model, along with the latest integration with PowerBI. This talk will provide a comprehensive overview of the global gas market, equipping you with the insights needed to navigate and excel in this dynamic industry.

Forecasts provide a starting point; decisions often depend on what happens when the assumptions change. This session will focus on several of the uncertainties now shaping gas-market planning: the pace and location of data-center and power demand, LNG project growth and utilization, pipeline constraints and expansions, supply response, storage and weather. RBAC analysts will demonstrate how alternative assumptions can be tested to understand their effects on prices, basis, flows and infrastructure.
