“Toby Rice, CEO of EQT, has been an outspoken advocate for environmental responsibility in the US oil and gas production industry. He has taken on the leadership mantle for responsible ESG progress. We applaud his efforts because we see that the industry should and can be increasingly responsible in the way it produces and delivers its products to market.
But Rice is also an unapologetic supporter of natural gas and LNG. In this article, he demonstrates the huge environmental advantages achievable by replacement of coal with natural gas in electricity production around the world.
Affordable clean energy access everywhere is one of RBAC’s long-term goals. We support achievement of that goal by providing analytics for energy companies, consultants, and regulators which will result in improved investment strategy by companies and better policy development and implementation by governments. Better investment and policy will result in greater production of cleaner and more affordable energy.”
